Having worked in IT Support for over 20 years supporting companies such as the BBC, BT and Siemens, I have a vast range of knowledge on all aspects of IT ensuring that you receive expert guidance and assistance every step of the way.
No call out charge within 10 miles
There is no call-out charge for my services within 10 miles of Sunderland. If when I arrive I am unable to resolve your issue, the visit will be completely free.
Once I have visited and further diagnosed the issue, a price based on the below rates will be given. If you decide not to move forward then there will be no cost to you.
